When we develop custom software for clients:
Upon full payment, the client receives exclusive ownership rights to the custom-developed source code
The client may modify, distribute, or resell the software without restrictions, unless specified in the contract
MaanOX may retain the right to reuse general programming techniques, algorithms, or components developed during the project
MaanOX may request to use the project as a portfolio item or case study (subject to client approval)
02Software Products
For our software products or platforms:
- Products are typically licensed on a subscription basis, not sold outright
- Licenses grant you the right to use the software for the duration of your subscription
- You may not distribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works

Website Development
For website development projects:
Upon final payment, clients receive ownership of the website design and content

Custom code developed specifically for your project becomes your property
MaanOX retains the right to showcase the website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
